She’s even put up a scratchable world map where visitors from around the globe can mark their home.
Homemade Norwegian desserts, hearty soup, and rustic bites are served with genuine care. Sit outside by the water or inside the cozy, flag-decorated interior and enjoy the atmosphere. Thought that I left a review and was surprised to find out that I haven't. We were lucky enough to visit this place. It is a unique place where time slows down and the owner is very friendly and really likes to talk about the place, neighbourhood, live and feelings. And we are so okay with it as it is rare to find places like this. It is definitely not a place that may fit everyone, but if you are open to the world, you will appreciate this little cabin (old boat garage/workshop). Food was really good and we wish we could have stay for little bit longer. Thank you for everything and we wish you all the best- Type måltid

Very nice atmosphere, you can see stunning view with cozy vibes. I love the waffle here so much, The owner is very kind, she also gave me extra waffle for take away.

Lovely cosy place with a friendly lady owner. We ordered the minestrone soup and a chocolate cake. The owner homemade all the food herself which were delicious! This cosy place was converted from a previous boathouse, thus the view from here is amazing..! Forgot to take pics of the food but I have some pics of the view.

This is a place I highly recommend. The best part is the incredible ocean view, which you can enjoy while sipping coffee. It’s perfect for a relaxing walk on the sand to look for seashells, and you can treat yourself to a delicious cinnamon roll and chocolate cake.

The owner is the sweetest lady and makes everything homemade. We had homemade chicken soup. It was the best soup that I ever had. We also had homemade sourdough bread. Excellent!. She also has homemade dessert and coffee. Great location.

This place is what Sommarøy needed! The owner is so kind and her kannelsnurrene er the best!! The coffee was nice. Basically everything is great. The view from the window there is so sweet. The beach is perfect. Well, I totally loved every minute of being there.

I had a feeling I went to someone’s home and felt the most welcome. It was nice to have a cup of coffee in this lovely place. Everything is made with love and it just felt right to be there. The food was amazing, we tried different things and loved every one of them.

In our visit last November, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, who took great care of us during the cozy lunch we enjoyed there. Perfect way to get to know local and delicious homemade food and pastries. We hope to be back in the future!

What a cosy little place! Great atmosphere, lovely host and just a beautiful experience overall. We felt very welcome and tasted some delicious homemade goodies. Along with the stunning sunset and beautiful scenery of Sommarøy, it was definitely a highlight of our visit!

Beautiful little cafe directly at the beach. Great authentic food and a super nice owner who is happy to chat with you. I totally recommend this place to everyone! Recommendation: Try the soup of the day and the sourdough bread!

A quaint buffet-style café/restaurant in a converted fisherman’s shed. We enjoyed a delicious homemade chicken soup, freshly baked rhubarb pie, and a nice conversation with the chef and owner.
